The project involves the design and construction of an industrial warehouse optimized for efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods. the main warehouse features a large-span steel structure, allowing for a clear space without intermediate columns and facilitating internal mobility. the design includes sufficient headroom for industrial shelving and forklift traffic, as well as natural lighting through skylights and cross ventilation to optimize thermal comfort and reduce energy consumption. a large maneuvering area for loading and unloading is planned for the main entrance, with access platforms and ramps. additionally, administrative areas, restrooms, and service spaces are integrated into a volume attached to the main warehouse.
