Ripe coffee classifier siphon dwg

    Coffee fruit density classifying siphon; it is used to separate ripe fruits (red) from unripe fruits (green) using the density technique; the mature grain is heavier and lower and due to the continuous flow of water that enters the siphon, it is pushed towards the central tube and sucked out; while the green grain floats and is discarded or reused apart from the ripe fruit.
