This is a family project; which has decided to build this house to spend their retirement years. this project is made up of a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms, pantry, hallway, bedrooms, patio, hall, garage, entrance area, a children's play area and bathroom for the bedrooms. this house has the particularity of being implanted on a low ground, therefore it is built very high and a covered entrance area is built to have security when entering. architectural plans, views and sections are presented.
