Housing complex inside a block in the historic center of arequipa in which the complex is integrated into the interior of the block with the colonial patios of the underlying mansions; thus producing the integration of the ancient and the modern. a minimalist form of modernity is used that integrates perfectly with the soft and straight lines of the colonial constructions and the use of living spaces that integrates the historical constructions into the interior of the premises; creating a small city inside the block.
