Revit: temporary dimensions
↑ Scroll ↓

Temporary dimensions are very important when working in revit, since they are responsible for the direct manipulation of the position of the components of the scene. practically the name of revit that comes from reviewing, refers precisely to the way we create with revit, since we add an element that we then check its position, or its structure. that is, if we need 3 parallel walls, the normal thing would be to draw one, quickly the other 3 and then worry about the separation between them. this continuous revision process gives revit a special character, and the temporary dimensions are part of that characteristic.
