Revit: sidewalks using "floors"
In revit we can create sidewalks using floors, although it is also true that it is not the only option. for example, floors and (flat) roofs have almost no difference when modeling. in addition, in critical situations we may even have to create sidewalks using other elements such as masses or ramps, to a lesser extent. each object has advantages and disadvantages, making floors perhaps the best option for most cases, although this certainly cannot be generalized.
