Development of a residential building with five levels plus a roof terrace. on the first floor it contains an apartment and its garage; from the second floor to the fifth it contains two apartments per floor; on the roof is considered an apartment. in addition to having an elevator. the two proposals are functional, with their respective façade, each taking into account outdoor planters. it has the development of equipped and bounded floors of each level and views of the main facades.
