The project seeks to offer a welcoming environment that meets the needs of groups of up to twenty children and adolescents; maintaining whenever possible the similarity with a residence. for that; the project proposes the creation of an area reserved for the housing of children and adolescents with an infrastructure similar to that of a residence. course rooms and a bazaar are set up in the semi-public area to make viable actions that will have the objective of attracting financial resources for shelter. skate park; sports square; play park and toys have the purpose of integrating coexistence with the local community. the shelter seeks to promote integration with the community through semi-public and semi-private spaces without harming the privacy and security of the other sectors. the project presented prioritizes the importance of the shelter's integration with the local community. for that; the creation of coexistence environments is proposed; culture and leisure with spaces for transitions between semi-public and semi-private and private. through the semi-private sector; the pedestrian of the local community will have access between two public roads; thus encouraging movement around the property. the coverage of the semi-private area receives a wooden pergola; allowing natural lighting that combined with the deck makes the environment more attractive; promoting community coexistence. the rooms facing the balconies have glass walls that together with the pergola; they create spaces filled with natural lighting. so; it is sought beyond the reference of home; the valorization of the use of the shelter for both the occupants; as for the local community. contains plants - sections - elevations and volumetry of the set. revit-rvt.
