Plan of specialty of structures. the project has been developed for a common building for residential use. the structural system is of reinforced concrete porticos. the technical specifications are indicated in the different elements of reinforced concrete such as footings; foundation beams; columns; beams; lightened slabs and solid slabs; etc besides; the construction process of the masonry walls and their respective continuous foundations are detailed. the seismic parameters obtained after the seismic analysis are detailed.
