The building is made up of a mixed system of porches plus plates in both directions; by having a semi-basement for the use of parking that is at a level of -1.10 with respect to the sidewalk; the basement slabs have a dimension of 0.20m and from the 1st to the fourth floor the slabs will have a thickness of 0.13m; in addition, a 5cm joint has been considered.
