This document includes: architectural plans and sections on a 1:100 scale divided into two 60cm x 90xm plans. structural data: party venue built on a 30m x 30m lot with a front portico; the roof is based on steel armor; with slopes of 12.5%, the sheet that covers the casino is based on galbateja. the armors are supported by load-bearing walls around the perimeter and in the central part by columns and joined by masonry arches. in the central part it includes a ventilation which is generated based on steel frames. the dance floor is 12.6mx 8m; architectural: the colonial-style party venue includes a dance floor; bathrooms for men and women; pub; service bar; fountain with space for distraction; garden; two entrances: one for public access and another for downloading sound equipment. stone and tile finishes to give it a more colonial style.
