Housing development under the concept of modulation for a university residence. all spaces born from a basic modular nucleus. on the first level it contains a living area and a small kitchen; the second level contains 3 student dormitories and service. the living area is made at double height, with a circular staircase that connects the two levels. includes plants, facades and axonometric.
