Revit family of a kitchen island with a breakfast bar, designed for use in interior spaces such as open-plan kitchens, dining rooms, or flexible-use social areas. its functional and contemporary design combines a base with storage modules, space for built-in appliances, and a raised bar that functions as an additional work surface or informal dining area. the set is made with melamine finishes and a marble top, offering strength and aesthetics. the sunken bar creates a spatial hierarchy between the kitchen and dining functions, promoting interaction without losing organization. it is a fully customizable family, allowing its dimensions and materials to be modified according to the needs of the project. it includes two preset types: type 1: 100 cm wide by 200 cm deep and 100 cm high. type 2: 90 cm wide by 180 cm deep and 95 cm high. this family was developed in revit 2020.
