This detail shows a masonry expansion joint aligned with the window jamb. This is achieved by creating a soft joint at the end of the steel lintel angle; then carrying the brick expansion joint flush with the brick return. The flashing forms a 25mm min. (50mm preferred) vertical end dam where it terminates into the head joint at the end of the lintel. The wall has a 50mm clear air space for drainage; and weep vents are spaced at 600mm o.c. There is an air/moisture/vapour barrier on the cavity side of the CMU; and rigid insulation resides in the drainage cavity.

Today is the day.
The moment of great change.
The premiere of the new Bibliocad.
This is a fundamental change for us, which we hope is also essential for you and for all.
We have invested a lot of effort working on the new Bibliocad, especially over the last year. With a renovated design. With more functionality. With better and more updated technology. With new internal productions of high-level content.
Video interviews with famous architects
Video tutorials on the management of avant-garde design programs
And the well-known file download library redesigned to make it more agile and comfortable to use.
In short, a new BIBLIOCAD, absolutely renewed, full of updates and surprises designed for you, just like everything we do.
As we did yesterday and we continue to do, we are working to give you good news in this growth and development plan that has you as the fundamental beneficiary.
