Project for a boutique hotel located on the corner and for a low occupancy density of guests; it is designed on three levels and a mixed-use underground parking lot; since on the ground floor it has premises. its structure is mainly made of steel and there are different types and sizes of rooms for the different needs of the users. it also has a pool inside the hotel which is embraced by the same construction to give greater privacy to those who use it. includes plants, sections and facades.
