Description:

Forest Reserve Montes of the Virgin; Dunícola is an ecosystem that covers an area of ??63.33 hectares; whose structure has allowed the establishment of plant populations; and thus the occurrence of different species of animals. Its physiographic structure is altered by various human activities developed by populations living around the forest reserve; These issues are exacerbated by having constituted an informal gravel quarry where fine sand volquetadas constantly departing for construction are extracted.
