Project of a detached house; located uneven with respect to the street; located in an area of heavy rainfall. on the first floor it is developed on a level above the street; in that sense; it is accessed through a staircase designed in a single section up to the first level and from this level; the ladder's configuration changes to become a nucleated ladder; in order to give the possibility; that the third level is functionally isolated; both the 1st and the 2nd floor. on the first floor there is a distribution of a dining room; with kitchen and hygienic services for visitors. on the second floor; the intimate area is developed, such as the bedrooms and their respective services. on the third floor a mini apartment is developed; with its social and intimate area and services. the coverage is inclined with tile due to the climate of the area. on the first floor; on the facade; it has been veneered with local stone; since most of the buildings in this city; they have that characteristic that makes it very particular.
