Draft; with a land of 25x15m, its location is in tacna; peru; it is a two-family house with pedestrian and vehicular access for each house of two levels each. in the first level is the social area, dining room, kitchen, patio, cart port, etc. and the second levels are the intimate areas. there are the bedrooms, the intimate living area and the balcony. the architectural style is minimalist with pure volumes with a game and intersection of horizontal and vertical elements, all this can be seen both in top view and on the facade.
