The project deals with an extension of a house with land dimensions of 10.5 x 18 meters, which has the following spaces: kitchen, living room, dining room, garage with space for only one car, service corridor, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. complete in the remodeling, the garage for two cars was modified, the living room, kitchen, dining room were modified, the complete bathroom was eliminated and 1/2 bathroom was left; a room for tv, a play area, a warehouse, a minibar, and an outdoor terrace were added; an outdoor living area and 1/2 outdoor bathroom. on the second level there is 1 master bedroom with its bathroom and closet and 2 single bedrooms with their full bathrooms and slopes and closet for each bedroom. there is also a laundry and drying room. architectural plans, views and sections are presented.
